Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa
New restaurant open
- From May 1st 2023 the beautiful Angsana Corfu Resort and Spa opened their new concept restaurant, taking over their prime location of the main terrace, overlooking the infinity pool and the endless blue Ionian waters.
The restaurant is an immersion into North Asian gastronomy and will be called Oribu オリーヴ, which means “Olive” in Japanese. At Oribu vibrant flavours of Japan, Korea and Taiwan will unite with sustainable, locally sourced Corfiot ingredients.

New restaurant open
The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama is proud to announce the opening of their new restaurant "Verde Mar" expanding its gastronomic offer even further. The menu of the "Verde Mar" restaurant is based on fresh, local produce with a focus on being clean and environmentally responsible. The concept of the restaurant "Verde Mar" is quite different from the traditional one, making organic vegetables the main protagonist and meat and fish as a side dish. The restaurant "Verde Mar" offers both vegetarian and vegan options. In addition, they have achieved The Biosphere Certified label for implementing correctly sustainable practices since last year and are committed to making significant efforts toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in the 2030 Agenda.
